ALL SALES ARE CONTINGENT UPON BUYERS AGREEMENT TO USE REASONABLE DILIGENCE TO ENSURE LOCAL, STATE AND FEDERAL LAWS ARE OBEYED REGARDING THE USE, MARKETING AND RESALE OF TOBACCO PRODUCTS IN THE PURCHASING MUNICIPALITY.

 

You are responsible for ensuring that you are eligible for the exemption you are claiming. Each state’s laws governing exemptions are different, and you will be held liable for any tax, interest, and possible penalties imposed by the member state if your purchase is not legally exempt. To determine which sales and use tax exemptions are allowed in your particular state, please refer to your state’s web site or other information available relating to their exemptions. By agreeing to these Terms & Services, you hereby declare that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

All orders are pre-paid. Accepted payment methods include Visa, MasterCard, Wire Transfer, COD Company Check, COD Money Order or you may visit your local Wellsfargo bank to deposit your total due to our deposit account. All orders are shipped via freight carrier of our choice. Customers are responsible for all Freight, COD, Hazmat, Insurance, and Handling charges.

 

Estimates: Prices subject to change without notice. Always review your estimate carefully before accepting. Shipping Rates do not include COD and Hazmat fees. For orders outside the Continental U.S. shipping methods may vary, please contact your sales representative for more details. All refused or unclaimed orders will result in a 10% restocking fee plus all freight charges. If the customer would like the order reshipped, all additional freight charges will be added. If the fault is of Glasslab303, refused orders will be fully credited or reshipped at our expense. All prices are subject to change without notice. Glasslab303 is not responsible for typographical errors appearing in this catalog, on our website, or in any other publications. Any order discrepancies must be reported within 5 days of delivery. All orders leave our warehouse in good condition. If your boxes/pallet appears to be opened, re-taped, damaged, or tampered with in any way, you must keep the original boxes and file a claim with the carrier. If your order arrives in good condition but contains damages, shortages, or overages, please contact a Customer Service Representative to file a claim. If the fault is of Glasslab303, any damaged or shortage of merchandise will be credited or reshipped at our expense. In the case of overages or incorrect merchandise, Glasslab303 will arrange for return shipping. Inspect shipment immediately upon delivery and document obvious signs of damage
